A Second With You Never Wasted

I am supposed to focus on resolving data and queries plus the new task boss has given me this morning. 

But, the boss called me down to the clinic and discuss the eligibility of patient.

As soon as my 1 foot step into the consultation room..he start presenting the case. Digesting the information in my mind...like Gula Kapas melting in my mouth digested by the amylase in saliva...Fast and sweet. Age. Vital sign range. Medical Hx. Potassium level. LDL and total cholesterol level. Which I had it in my mind. Fortunately! (Please don't ask me something I might forget)

Then, with full of confidence and said: Yes. He will be in the study with Primary Prevention stratum!

Him: Okay. We can start run in today, can't we?

Me: Nope. Wait another week an we can start.

Him: Why not??

Me: Because this is new case. Presented today with a slight high BP. Previously noted as borderline: 130/89. We have to get patient stabilized for at least one week.

Him: No. It doesn't necessary. We can start today. 

(Sense of stubborn here)

Me: Still...No. Coz the window visit noted in the protocol is 1-4 weeks. We need to wait.

(Anothe stubborn lady here)

Him: I still don't agree..

Me: No.. We will see this patient next week at least 7 days from today because...

(interrupted by him...)

Him: Ok. I get it. 

Me: pffft... (feel a bit pissed off)

And he continues his explanation to the patient.

I noe I did feel like he's a bit pushy and sometimes stubborn. But I have to believe wat I did is the best for the study... And the session with patient finished.

And he stand up and lecturing the students...Me...standing juz next to them.

" Don't trust me. Anything I said never all so true. Sometimes I said wrong things. If you feel it is wrong. Just say it is wrong. When I said sumthing, you can't just nodded or say yes. Dat's how I know you are reading or not! If you studying or reading, I know!"

I smiled. 

I am sorry to feel like a moron when I tried to say I am right. Now I realized how he give me a lesson indirectly...Everytime I'm with you, I know my time will never be wasted, even a single second...

I smiled and speak in distantly, looking him from my heart and said: "Thank you boss"

Teruja Sangat

Hahaha... First time rasa teruja sangat sebab adik lelaki kesayanganku ...InsyaAllah, bakal bertunang awal tahun ni...


So, aku yang terover excited dan heppi sangat.. Nak sponser cupcake untuk hantaran.. Duk usha mana cupcake yang cantik dan sedap dimakan.. 


Kalau boleh nak bagi yang terbaik la.. Coz sayang kat bakal tunangan dia tu jugak. Mardiah namanya.. Orangnya soft dan sopan. Cewah! So kena la spesel kan! Mama pon mesti suka...


Hajat di hati nak sponsor perfume dari Paris hari tu.. Tapi deorang kata, bertunang orang tak bagi benda2 macam tuh.. Huh! Sedih hati ku.. Takper, harap2 ada la trip ke obersea lagi sebelum adik aku kawen.. Then sampaila hajat nak sponser perfume!


Seronok betol rasanya bila nak tambah ahli keluarga.. Haish! Tu baru adik, kalu aku yang nak kawen, ntah2 hari2 duk pikir pasal hantaran =P

NetBall Faculty

Aku men netball..hmm..netball bukanlah kegemaran aku..sebab tak suka lari kejar bola, or berebut...

Tapi bila dah join Fakulti Medik ni, terpaksa la aku join sebab kawan sekerja ajak.. And, aku memang takde masa sangat nak exercise.. so apa salahnya join sekali sekala...

Selalunya aku dilantik jadi GK, tukang tepis la.. Masa lawan ngan staff Shah Alam and Sungai Buloh, kitorang menang.. Tapi bila lawan AgroBank, kitorang kena belasah teruk..   19 - 1!

Wah! Deorang sangat hebat coz pemain peringkat negeri. Bola sampai jer kat gol, tapi tak masuk. Asyik meniti atas tiang gol jer.. Haish.. Takder rezeki...

So far, sangat seronok main netball coz dapat kenal staff2 lain jugak... And dapat exercise jantung aku nih.. Kadar kerja jantung aku nih selalunya untuk skating dan jogging jer.. tapi bila men netball, memang rasa nak pecah dada.. Hot flush sampai merah muka dan semput gak la.. Tapi, alhamdulillah, recovered kejap jer...

Pasni kitorang kena men untuk peringkat SAF lak (Sukan Antara Fakulti).. Harap menang la.. Amin...

Menurut edisi ketiga Tinjauan Kesihatan dan Morbiditi Kebangsaan yang dijalankan pada 2006, penularan diabetes telah meningkat kepada 14.9%. Berbanding satu dekad yang lalu, kadar penularan diabetes hanya 8.3%. Penularan diabetes di Malaysia telah meningkat hampir dua kali ganda dalam dekad yang lalu (pada kadar yang lebih cepat daripada ramalan Persekutuan Diabetes Antarabangsa), selari dengan peningkatan dua kali ganda masalah berat badan berlebihan/obesiti di kalangan penduduk..so,kalau rasa nak menyumbang pada data diabetes, silakanlah...sama ada menambah nilainya atau mengurangkannya...
